Sara + Matt

"Matchmaker, matchmaker, make me a match..."

Sara and Matt could have met at synagogue, a bar or anywhere in between, but were brought together by a tried and true matchmaker... JDate! "norcalscubagirl" and "scubaman" met for drinks at Cascal in Mountain View for their first date. From the beginning when Sara, then a marketing manager, jokingly told Matt, "You're fairly well adjusted, for an engineer," they both knew they had found their soul mates. While dating, Sara went back to school to become an x-ray tech and Matt celebrated the 5th anniversary of his business. On December 20, 2008, Matt proposed to Sara at Montara State Beach, one of the couple's favorite places in the Bay Area. On August 16, 2009, Sara and Matt were married in a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony followed by a modern American reception at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga. They have had many adventures together since then and look forward to many more!

Here are the highlights of their wedding day:

"Thanks Andy! This is fantastic!!! I am so so so thrilled that we decided to have video. Having you as our videographer was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. You may recall that my mom was the one who really convinced us that we had to have video... and of course, she was right! We all just loved being able to re-live our event by watching the film you created. You did such a wonderful job editing and adding in the music we selected. We particularly like the highlight clip because you captured so many of the details that we worked hard to put in place. And of course, hearing the toasts again put us all in tears... in a good way, of course!"
