While many people look to New Years as a time to change their lives, Heidi and JoJo had no idea that when they met one typical January 1^st, they’d never be the same again. Exactly two years later, JoJo proposed to Heidi in Lake Tahoe as they rang in the new year together. They excitedly began planning the big day, but soon found out there was another big day on the horizon—the birth of their baby girl! Wedding plans were postponed, and when they celebrated their marriage the following summer, they were surrounded by overjoyed family, friends, and of course, their beautiful 9 month old daughter. “A Kiss Long Distance Goodbye Wedding Celebration”

We both were introduced by a close friend in college at the age of 20. When we first met, we stayed up until 3 AM talking, and then had to depart the following day since spring break was over. We went to school 400 miles apart, and yet it was then that we started our 8 year long distance relationship together. On our 8 year anniversary, we got engaged. Being in a long distance relationship was everything but “easy”, thus throwing a “Kiss Long Distance Goodbye” wedding celebration was the perfect theme for our wedding. Why I Love What I Do Everyday!
